Henry Ford Wellness App

We set out to develop this app. as a prototype to address the high readmission rate within the hospital system due to poor post operative care. By integrating a mobile app as part of a patients’ hospital experience, they could better manage their care while out of sight. From pre-op to post-op the wellness app helps to keep patients on track.
